To me, the field of Somatic’s compliments any Body practice - from Yoga Teacher to massage therapist to osteopath - as it invites a whole new range of possibility and body awareness.
In my opinion, if we want to be the best practitioners we can be, we need to learn to listen not only to the words our clients share with us but to what their body is saying as well.

To me, the field of Somatics complements any Body practice - from Yoga Teacher to massage therapist to osteopath - as it invites a whole new range of possibilities and body awareness.
In my opinion, if we want to be the best practitioners we can be, we need to learn to listen not only to the words our clients share with us but to what their body is saying as well.
We all see things through our own biases, so often there is something in the undercurrent of someone’s experience that is creating the symptomology that they or you are experiencing. When we spend endless hours exploring our body with endless curiosity - from cells, to fluids, to muscles, bones, fascia, nerves, etc - we gain the skill of being able to not only hold space for those around us with a greater breadth, we also begin to feel people more acutely and sense what is going on without taking it on - where there is too much movement and where there is too little movement and guide them from there.
In this training, we will discuss the principles of Somatics, how to bring it into your life and the work that you do, and most importantly explore it all in your body.

This is for anyone curious about somatics — from yoga teachers, massage therapists, osteopaths, bodyworkers, or anyone who wants to deepen their understanding of their own body and learn how to hold space for others.

The full 100-hour HERE Somatic Training is CA$1,999. If paying upfront isn’t feasible, I offer flexible payment plans — just reach out and we’ll make it work. We want this training to be accessible to those who feel called, without unnecessary stress.

All sessions are recorded. You can watch, re-watch, and engage with the materials on your own time.

It’s a mix. We cover somatic theory, Chinese medicine, physiology, anatomy, and also spend ample time exploring in your own body through somatic exercises, yoga, free movement, and self-touch.

No. You only need willingness. Somatics is not about “getting it right.”
It is about curiosity, listening, and allowing yourself to feel again — slowly, at your pace.

Many of us arrive here for exactly that reason.
Disconnection is not a flaw — it is a protection.
We move gently, with real pacing. There is room for numbness, uncertainty, and the slow thawing that happens in safety.

There will be short explorations and prompts between weekends, along with recorded classes.
You can move through these at your own pace. Nothing is required to be completed “on time.”
